Shrouded In Mystery

Will a fan shroud from an ’85 Dodge
truck with a slant-6 and a 4-speed fit my
’85 truck which came from the factory with
a 318 and a 4-speed? My truck has the 22”
radiator (2 row?). I found this shroud on
eBay but I’m scared to purchase it for $40
(plus $17 for shipping) not knowing if it’ll fit.

All ’85 slant-six D-trucks use 4089572.
318s, depending on myriad options, could
use 3733339, 4089573, or 4089574. So…
no.
Even though virtually zero parts are
still available from the factory, having the
factory parts book for your vehicle(s) can
be reply helpful, as you can see. Several
sources offer them inexpensively on CDRom,
EG: moparmanuals.com.
