California Privacy Opt-Out
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information to third parties. You may opt out of the sale of your personal information by completing the form below, or by either:
- Visiting Athlonoutdoors.com/contact, or
- Calling us at 212-402-3783.
If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of a consumer, we require you to submit written proof of the authorization and a method to contact the consumer, to be used solely to confirm the authorization directly with the consumer.
Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. However, you may change your mind and opt back in to personal information sales at any time by emailing aohelp@athlonoutdoors.com.
