Mrs. Muff is proud of her husband, Bob, and his one-of-a-kind “SatellBird.” Bob, it seemed built the car by looking at a picture of a yellow 1970 Plymouth SuperBird on the cover of a Mopar magazine, and then estimating the dimensions of the nose, wing and side scoops. Bob fabricated everything from scratch. The Muffs we went to the Don Garlits Mopar show when their car still was in primer. And, as Mrs. Muff writes: “Would you believe it? We met the owner of the SuperBird that was on the cover of the magazine that Bob referred to during this project.” No, we don’t believe it.
