Non-Illuminating

The headlights in my 1969 Barracuda
have recently started to blink on and off.
It seems to be worse when the bright
lights are on back roads. What could
cause this?

The headlamp switch is shot.
All h/lamp switches used in muscle-era
Mopars had internal, non-replaceable,
self-resetting circuit breakers. Replace
the switch!
Also, this assumes that the headlamps
are stock power (wattage). If you have
increased the power, you’ll need wiring
upgrades, and relays.
