Watt Pulley?

0

I have several remanufactured squareback
alternators for my ’73 ’Cuda 340, and
none of them appear to have the correct
(in appearance) single-groove pulley that
came with factory alternators. Would you
have a photo of the correct one?

Depending on which alternator your car
was originally equipped with, it could have
one of two single-groove pulleys:
Group #1: P/N ….803 (34A.), 403 (34
A.), 804 (41 A.), 806 (50 A.), 406 (50 A.),
406 (50 A.), 807 (60 A.), 407 (60 A.), 192
(65 A.) and 456 (60 A.) all were equipped
with 2444478, a 2.50˝ pulley.
Group #2: 193 (65 A.), 615 (60 A), 645
(41 A.), 614 (50 A.), 414 (50 A.) and 405 (60
A.) all had pulley P/N 3656610, a very similar
2.65˝ pulley.
All were satin/low-gloss black finish. None
were ever yellow or gold cad/irridite as most
current aftermarket ones are today.
