Oh where oh where has our tech editor gone, oh where oh where can he be?
It’a been almost a week since Rick Ehrenberg and Brian Dowell have checked in with the home office on their cross-country trip in Brian’s newly acquired Cordoba. What could have happened to them? We ran all the possible scenarios using the Mopar Action super computer (the same one that adds all the jokes to our otherwise boring features). The results were conclusive: Our boys and the ‘dobadoo were abducted by aliens. Yup, that’s what the computer said, and it indicated that the aliens were very interested in the technology that Chrysler had engineered into the car–especially the power sunroof.
We then programmed the computer to search the heavens for the dynamic duo’s possible location so we could contact NASA for a rescue mission. Here’s the map of the general area where the computer said they would be found:

…it turns out that Rick and Brian weren’t abducted by aliens at all. Seems the ‘dobadoo’s trans suddenly choked and quit on the side of the road in Kentucky. So we can all breathe a sigh of relief (sort of). Stay tuned for the repair bill.
