Marvin Hughes has come up with an innovative way to mount an engine on a stand to give you access to the back of the engine in order to mount a transmission while the engine is still on the stand. He did it by mating two engine stands together with custom bracketry that he fabricated. The engine is still able to swivel fully on the stand with his setup. The pictures, taken by our ace lensman, Bill Erdman, tell the story better than we can describe it in words. Mounted on the stand is an ultra-high performance Gen2 Hemi that Marvin put together–but that’s another story. Just be happy with the stand for now.
