I’m replacing the master cylinder in
a 4drum manual brake ’69 Charger.
I can’t seem to figure how to release
the pedal push rod. I believe there
is some rubber retainer involved but
not sure where it is exactly or how
to release it.
Easy. With master cylinder still
installed, remove brake lamp switch
(at pedal, one screw), yank up on
pedal. Done.
