I found oil under my 383 stock intake on
the valley pan, upon removing the intake
manifold , I found the oil coming from
the bolt hole areas. Was it loose bolts or
should I clean and seal the threads?

Seal them, use generous quantities of
ordinary pipe thread compound (the
cheap-o non-hardening greyish-white
snot.)
