I have just finished painting
a 1968 Super Bee hardtop, 383. I had
bought it in 2007 from the family of the
second owner, who died while restoring it. It
is a code 318 bumblebee stripe delete car.
What I’m trying to find out is: What color
should the Super Bee decal be?
That depends on what color the car is
(or was). The rule is that the bee would
be the same color that the recommended
stripe color would have been, as follows:
