this ’70 Dart new and
rolled up 224,000 miles before
parking it in ’81. He drug it out
of storage in ’96 and spent 5
years and a ton of bucks
building it his way. “His way” is
a 700+ HP 493 big block with
Indy heads, a Weiand
tunnelram and a 100-HP
nitrous shot under each carb,
a 727 with reverse manual
valve body and 3800 RPM stall
converter, a rack and pinion
from a ’95 Saturn, and fries.
