8.25″ Rear Durability

Will the 8.25″ Sure Grip 27 spline unit hold up with streetdriven .030 over 360, air gap intake w/ holley pro jection trolly body, 727trans, w shift kit? The open rear smokes one tire now. 340 base caminstalled on stock J heads. Cast iron RT exhaust.

Yes, unless you run slicks and it really hooks.

FYI: ’92-’93 exhaust manifolds are better than any later (or earlier)versions.
