Steve Brock, from Las Vegas NV, says that this is the third state that has given him an 8PACK license plate (wonder who hes running from). Steve, now in his early 40s, is driving the same 71 440 Charger that he drove when he was still in high school. He has redone the car several times. The Charger has been gun metal gray, Hemi orange, black, and now a 2004 version of plum crazy. The big block cranks out 600 ponies with its two Predator 4-barrel carbs. The Hemi 727 is directed via a pistol-grip shifter, and the rear is an 8-3/4.
