Can I use Erson Hyd lifters part # E914641 in my new MP 426 Hemi block? These lifters are for the 413/426w/440 RB, according to the Erson catalog......

They will fit and work okay. But you should know that all Hemis were factory equipped with lifters 0.0005" smaller than wedge lifters. This was done to improve high-RPM oiling, but results in less low-RPM oil pressure due to the increased internal "bleeding".
Since you said "hydraulic", I doubt that this engine will see a lot of high-rev use. So the bottom line is: use 'em.
