What years and models did Chysler use Garret T-3 turbos?
Basically, all 2.2L turbo cars used Garrets, and all 2.5s were Bitsumishis. The 2.5 Turbo Is were designed to spool fast for low-end torque and be more of a "surrogate V-6", while all the 2.2s, including Turbo Is, IIs, IIIs, and IVs, were designed for hiher-RPM HP-producing performance, and covered the years 1984 thru 1993.
All Chrysler OEM turbos, regardless of vendor, were water cooled.
