Tech Question
Dave Blodgett, Sparta, WI, 1985 Dodge Ramcharger 318
The truck has been sitting for and extented period of time and i got it running and driving great, but when I checked the oil it was quite high and smelled like gas. I also noticed that the oil presure would go up and down more then usual. what would cause this?

The carb is (or was) pouring raw fuel into the engine. Fix this, and change the oil, ASAP, if you want this to live.
