odise carr, westampton NJ , 67 dodge dart conv. 360
I purchased my Dart about two years ago with a 360. I'm attemping two replace the 360 with a 440. Do I have to change the k-frame.

To do it the OEM factory way, yes. And, even beyond the K-member, you need a lot of other unique, hard-to-find (read: expensive) parts. Even an oddball cylinder block. But, thanks to Mike Schumacher, there's now a much easier, bolt-in way! See www.engine-swaps.com for details.
