What is causing my 3 newly installed water pumps to leak at the weep hole with 13-14psi? The engine runs smooth enough to balance a dime even with 244K. There is no oil in the antifreeze and no detectable exhaust in the radiator. Heads redone at around 120K. With each new pump installed, it seems to leak sooner and more profusely. HELP! And thanks for your help!
Where'd you get the pumps? Are they rebuilts, Chinese new, or genuine Mopar?
You get the picture. If the cooling system pressure was actually 40 PSI, it would blow hoses off before getting past the ceramic WP seal - if the seal were good!
