Big Al Marciano, Torrington, CT , 1973 Dodge Dart Swinger 318
My front end shakes when I apply the brakes on my Dart. All rotors etc have only about 1500 miles on them. This just starred this year. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.Check to make sure there's no slop in the linkage. Barring that, or even IF that, have the rotors machined. Then, when reinstalling the wheels, torque the lug nuts to 75-85 ft/lb. in a star pattern. Do this religiously each and every time the wheels are removed and reinstalled.
