scott davis, midlothian, VA, 1964 chrysler new yorker 413

my right frount tire rubs the upper control arm , and the left side clears by a 1/4 inch. The car has 52,000 miles. Everything is tight in the frount end, wheel bearings look good, and the car drives fine. The wheels are stock , as far as I can tell , and the car had a break job just before I got it. Whats up with that ?
