Tech Question

Dan Syvrud, McKinney, TX, 1966 Plymouth Belvedere 440

I'm putting front disc brakes on my 66 Belvedere II and now need 15" or larger wheels. What offset can I use? I plan on lowering the car. I plan on going with 18" or larger wheels later on but now I'm looking for "roll around" wheels while I'm working on the car. Thanks fo any help you can give me.

Dan-

For temporary wheels, 5.5 - 6" or so wide, it is pretty non-critical. Once you get to 8" width, you need to pay more attention. While I always recommend measuring, something in the range of zero offset is usually pretty cose.
