Tech QuestionMike Riccio, Shelton, CT ,70 Barracuda Hi Rick,I am a subscriber of Mopar Action and I would like to ask a question. I have '70 Barracuda and a virgin bore '73 340 block. Will the following list of parts work well in my 340? 3.58 stroke forged crank The car will be used as a daily driver and a weekend cruiser. Reliability and dependability are really number 1 for me. I appreciate your input/feedback. Thank you. Mike, As long as the crank is 318/340 main journal size, and the fit-up/piston flycutting is performed/measured to get the CR under control, sure. Sounds like a pretty nice combo! It might be a good idea to get 2 adjustable "checking" pushrods to confirm the "correctness" of the stock pushrods. Then, a set of cr-moly 5/16" pusrods is a wide investment. And, if I had my choice, I'd use #308 casting heads. Rick
